What to expect on your first cleaning with us

A first visit is always a little longer than the ones after it. We are learning your house, and we are usually getting it to a baseline we can keep up.
Who comes
A team of two for most homes. We try to send the same two people every time after that, so they get to know how you like things.
Do you need to be home?
For the first visit, we like you to be there for the first ten minutes to walk us through. After that, most clients give us a code or leave a key.
Before we arrive
- Pick up clothes and papers so we can get to the surfaces.
- Let us know about pets, and where they will be.
- Point out anything fragile or anything you do not want touched.
